This topper will fit on an 8x 8 card blank but it can be made smaller in any graphic program. 3 A4 sheets of decoupage, choice of sentiments, matching insert and gift card

I printed the sheets onto lightweight card and cut out the elements before using DST to attach the base image to my scallop-edged card blank.
I then used glue gel to build up the decoupage layers and to add my chosen greetings.
Next, I highlighted various areas using glaze, soufflé and coloured sparkle pens. Finally, I printed the insert onto laid paper, trimmed it and fixed in place using a tape roller.
I printed the sheets onto matte photo paper and cut out the pieces as instructed, scoring where necessary. I followed the excellent instructions and made up the card using DSST and sticky pads where needed.I completed the card with pretty gems.
Other captions could be To A Fabulous Sister, To A Fabulous Friend, With Love, Have A Fabulous Birthday, If Things Improve With Age We Must Be Fabulous or We're Not Getting Old We're getting Awesome, Just let me know.
Downloaded and printed onto Matt photo paper, layered onto pink card, pearl embellishment added for the pearls, glitter applied to the sentiment.
