A downward dog then a nap 5x7

yoga, mat, fun, humour, older, exercise

Even an old yogi needs a nap after a downward dog. Happy Birthday. Happy Mother's day. Special Mum. Special Sister, Special Friend. Someone special. She greets each day with a stretchy grin, A warrior pose and a tuck of the chin. Her balance is steady, her spirit is bright, She bends with the sunrise and glows through the night. Her mat is her kingdom, her breath is her guide, She twists with a grace that comes from inside. Another year wiser, still nimble and free— A yogi who proves how fabulous “older” can be. Happy Birthday to the queen of calm flow, She stretches with grace, she breathes with ease, A yogi mum who moves like a breeze. Strong in spirit, calm in her way— Wishing her joy this Mother’s Day.
