I printed onto glossy photo paper, matt main topper onto a square white card blank. I added the decoupage layers with 3D glue gel and added sentiment with foam pads. I printed matching insert onto matt paper and added a smaller topper to the inside left panel and card back.
This is so bright and colourful, it's sure to brighten the recipient's day and would suit females from 3 to 103 !
I printed onto 190gsm Matt Photo Paper, cut out all elements, added the main topper to a white scalloped card using DST, added the decoupage using Foam Pads.
Finished off with Silver Peel Off Borders and a touch of glitter.
