I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. Added a sentiment with ribbon loop attached and finished with pearls. A gorgeous, very cute design.

I printed out the design onto 160 gms paper and mounted the base onto a card blank. I. cut out the pieces and added the decoupage and the sentiment I wanted using double sided foam pads.
I added a verse to the insert and added it to the card using double sided tape. A lovely card.
