I USED A WHITE CARD BASE WITH PINK BACKGROUND .DECOUPAGED THE TOPPER AND MOUNTED IT TO THE CARD WITH DOUBLE SIDED TAPE .ROUNDED CARD OFF WITH DOUBLE SATIN BOW AND GLITTER BUTTERFLY .
