I printed on to matte photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered the bows and one layer of pyramage. Added pearls and glitter to finish. A sentiment can be added if required. A pretty design, suitable for many occasions.

You can easily make two cards from this kit by dividing up the elements.
