I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. I made up a "Car Wash" sign using bunting and attached with card candi. Some glitter and a sentiment add the finishing touches. A very cute design to suit many occasions.
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 card landscape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
