Steampunk TransportCompleted by Alyssuzi Creative Cards by Suzi Cooper

I printed onto matte photo card then mounted onto a tan polka dot card then onto a white card blank using DST.

I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I added a polka dot grosgrain ribbon & bow to the spine then finished with card candy.
