This is a 4 sheet mini kit that comes with a card front, topper , tag,matching insert and character decoupage
It comes with 10 assorted labels reading: father grandfather husband, brother Happy Birdie, have a PAR-fect day , thank you, just for you and one is blank for the greeting of your choice.
There is a message on the card front and it reads: The Older I get the harder it is to find my balls!

This great design was printed on glossy photo paper and attached to a square card. I did add the row of white dots at the bottom of the card front. The insert was printed on white cardstock.
I used the included decoupage elements for the insert as well as adding white dots in the bottom right corner.
Made a fun card!
