As this design was for a friend i knew what tag i wanted - I cut out all the pieces then using double sided tape i attached this to the scalloped 8 x 8 card.

I then layered the decoupage onto this using foam pads - i cut out the flowers from the pots i wasn't using to layer up the flower pot to make it protrude, i added the left corner photo hinges and the tags again with foam pads then added my insert and it is now ready to post.
