Printed onto matte photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper and elements and placed onto a 7 x 7 scalloped card using DST. I then added the elements using foam pads and then placed blue beads around the outer edge.
Using glitter glue I outlined some of the decoration and then added a few more beads. A beautiful card that really stands out from the rest.
