Mens Make A Wish Rounded Corner Decoupage Card and InsertCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed out the sheets onto matt card and cut out all the elements including halving the cut n fold piece.

I matted them onto silver mirror card and mounted the plain one onto the base card with DST. I mounted the main piece onto the base card with foam tape. I matted the panels and the banner onto silver mirror card and mounted the panels with foam tape and the banner with DST. I used foam pads to mount the candles and bow. I embellished with lots of foiled greetings and stickles glitter glue.
