Printed onto. Glossy photo paper 210gsm. Cut out topper and all elements. Made the twist and pop mechanism and secured with double sided tape. Placed topper and back of card also with double sided tape. Added decoupage with foam pads for 3D effect. Placed a silver border around the edge.
