Printed onto glossy photo paper 210gsm. Cut out topper, and all elements, decoupage and sentiments. Followed instructions and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was. Made the twist and pop part first and attached with double sided tape. Then added decoupage on the front with foam pads for 3D effect.
