A great design
I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and mounted the layers with foam pads and finished with my choice of sentiment

Printed onto 120gsm pro-print paper and mounted onto 8x8 card blank. Mat and layered using foam pads. Gems and glitter we applied. Coordinating inserted added.
