Happy Thoughts Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Alyssuzi Creative Cards by Suzi Cooper

I printed the topper sheets onto glossy photo card & the insert panels onto 120gsm decoupage paper. I mounted the topper & added the insert panels to a white card blank using DST. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads then finished with royal blue gems.
