Gone Fishing 8x8 Card with Decoupage Mini KitCompleted by Barbara Stubbings

I printed the design onto plain white card and cut out all elements. I assembled the card using spongy tape and mounted it on to a dark blue card.

Just to finish it off I added the tiniest bit of red, yellow and green glitter glue just to the fish to make the appear 'wet'.

Quick and easy!
