Printed on matt photo paper and placed on scalloped card. Built up image with foam pads and added my selected sentiment to cute insert. A charming card in bright colours.
I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto Gold Mirri card and attached to a 8x8 card blank and the Second Topper Layer was added with foam tape, the decoupage with foam pads.
To finish I added a Greeting Tag and the Matching Insert inside.
