Eat, Sleep, Football, RepeatCompleted by Joan Prince

I printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

I chose "Happy Birthday" and "Eat, Sleep, Football, Repeat" sentiments but there are others to choose from.

There is a matching insert included which I placed inside to finish the card.
