I printed the card sheets onto glossy photo card & the inserts onto 120gsm decoupage paper. I punched holes in the top of the front & bac. I attached the 2 insert panels together using DST then added to the inside of the tag card.

I then threaded blue gingham ribbon through the holes & tied in a bow. I finished with card candy.
