I printed out the sheet onto matt card and mounted and used foam tape to mount it to the base card I'd covered with a CUP backing paper.
I embellished with a pompom and a star from the sheet.
I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto Gold Mirri card with d/s tape and attached to a 8x8 card base.
The Second Topper Layer was added with foam tape and to finish I added the Star to the top and a Greeting Tag and the Matching Insert inside.
