Made for our local police station, I printed the background onto matte photo paper. I attached this to a 7" square card using dst. I printed the 3-d elements onto 210 gsm card and layered up using foam pads. This was a lovely card to make.

Printed onto Glossy Photo Paper. Cut out various items to be decoupage (cup, flags, shield, one shoe) and mounted on sticky tabs. Makes a nice card and love the idea.
