This great kit was printed out on to god quality smooth card, the main topper was attached to a card, then the decoupage was added using pinflair glue.
After printing onto 240 gram card i mounted on backing paper before mounting on a 8 by 8 card attaching all decoupage using foam pads.
I opened the base sheet in paint wrote a personal sentiment for what I wanted the card for the printed the sheet once on to good quality 250gsm card.
I then printed the decoupage sheet 4 times on to same quality card.
I cut the layers and adhered them to the card using foam pads and clear silicone pads. I then did extra decoupage on the quiff of the hair and the beard. This is another gorgeous design by the amazing Janet Briggs, she is super talented her card are always so well designed and put together and some cards are very funny.

A Cut Above the Rest - approx. card size 7 in. x 5 in. - Sheet printed onto quality matte photo paper.
Card elements trimmed, white base cardstock used, selected red as a background. Glued topper into place then layered with double sided mounting tape.
Added black adhesive gems and sentiment tags. Card includes matching envelope.
