Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out the elements that I wanted to use and put DST onto the back of the main element, and the Insert.

I stuck the Topper to a white card. I then stuck the Insert inside card.

I used Foam Pads to attach the Decoupage. I Put some Gold Glitter on the Star on the party hat, and on the candles. I punched a hole in the Bookmark, and the Other sentiment. I stuck the sentiment to the Bookmark. I found some cord in my craft box, for the Bookmark.

I scored and folded the Gift card. This is such a great versatile design, and fun to make up.
