A lovely design
I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape
And mounted the layers with foam pads and finished with my choice of sentiment
Thank you for a lovely design x
I printed these lovely designs onto good quality photo paper then mounted onto white card. I added decoupage using 2 mm thick foam pads
