A great design
I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and mounted the layers with foam pads and finished with my choice of sentiment
Thank you for a lovely design x
I resized to 7x5 then printed on matte card, I used wet glue and foam squares to add the decoupage layers then glitter paint for some highlights and Glossy Accents on the glasses.
I printed a matching insert and envelope on 100gsm paper to complete.
