I used a 6x6 card base, added a layer of red card and a layer of black and white spot paper.

I printed the chosen image onto silk copy paper, cut it out and glued it to a piece of red card then attached hed to the card using silicone tape to raise it up.i added some gems and the happy birthday insert.
