Party Time 13Completed by Margarette Blakeborough

I printed on matte card, used foam squares to add the decoupage then using a paint brush I highlighted with gold glitter glue on the hat ribbon, butterfly and on the sentiments and used a luster on the balloons.

I printed the insert and a matching envelope to finish this cute card.
