BIRTHDAY BALLOONS & AGES 7.5 Decoupage & Inserts Bumper KitCompleted by Cute N Creative Design Studio
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Age Cards
I printed my chosen design onto good quality card and cut out the pieces.
I attached the card front to the card using d/s tape.
I then layered the decoupage pieces using foam tape and added some gems to finish off the card.
This is a great bumper kit and the cards are quick and easy to make :)
