I resized and printed onto matt photo paper and cut out the parts.

I covered an 8x8 card blank with bright blue background on glossy paper, from cup508555_5. I attached the base image towards the top left with DST leaving 2 wider margins.I edged the image with a plain gold glitter border. I decoupaged with silicone and added a number 4 with foam tape. I completed the card with tiny coloured peel off sea creatures along the 2 wide margins. A super simple card to craft with a selection of numbers. It's a very appealing design for a child,and looks very bright and summery made up.
