I made the sentiment tag bigger before I printed on matte card, added to a matching base card, used foam squares to add the decoupage, used glitter glue applied with a brush to the gold on the heart and on the bows. used Glossy Acents on the eyes, added an insert to match then made a matching envelope to finish.
