This mini kit contains four beautiful design sheets. Each sheet has a square layered card front or topper on depicting cute little bears holding a happy birthday sign whilst sitting on a hanging knitted moon, a really cute set.

There are two co-ordinating inserts to finish your cards separate verses are included to add if desired. 4 sentiment tags are also included on each design sheet and one is left blank for your own message.
