I printed the design onto 255gsm photographic paper and the insert onto 300gsm card and cut these out. I scored and folded the base card as instructed. I attached the insert to the inside of the base card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

Printing the insert onto 300gsm card gives more support and the card stands easily. I added the greeting to the balloon. I added glitter to the candle flame and to the sprinkles on the cupcake to complete this gorgeous design.
