Simple yet effective for the little biker in your life
i resized and printed off the design 4 times
carefully cut out the circle and bike and cut out the balloons
i then decoupaged over 4 layers
i mounted this on a bicycle background paper
Adding some additional balloons to the greeting i finished by edging in silver peel off bordering
a delight to make
