I printed the design on to a Glossy Photo paper. I clipped the items out. I Scored and Folded the design and attached the Decoupage/3D and Sentiment on using Sticky pads.

I will have the card as one but scored in the middle so it will stand on the Surface slightly bent if you want as a v so you can look into the card.

You could also make it as a single card and have the text as a Insert if you want that.

This design is brilliant because you can do as you want at that moment.
