I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 scalloped edged card landscape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape.
This card brought back a lot of memories of the 50's. I adhered the main graphic to a scalloped silver base. I made the card so the top was 'over the edge'. I then cut out the decoupage parts and raised with foam pads.
Next, I added clear gems for the headlights and silver gems in the center of each wheel. I then added a touch of clear glitter glue on the glasses of wine. What a fun card to make and I'm sure my hubby will love it! Great design, Maria.
