Music AnniversaryCompleted by Denise Mynard

I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I used foam pads and glue gel to build up the decoupage I decorated the topper with glitter and added a few gems.

I mounted the completed topper onto silver mat then onto my card blank.

This is a lovely designed card and very simple to make.
