Print sheets on quality cardstock and cut out the card front and decoupage pieces. Adhere decoupage with foam pads. I used a thicker foam pad to adhere the frame. A bit of glitter on the butterflies and a white ribbon adorn the card front.

I then adhered it to a blank, white card with double sided tape. There are also two matching gift tags to use with this gorgeous, versatile, card.
