Basset Hound LoveCompleted by Susan Mehlbaum - IU Crafts

Printed sheets on matte photo paper and cut out all sections. Added decoupage with foam dots. Attached card topper and insert with wet glue. My husband loved this card because he knew it was the only way I'd ever give him a dog.

The design was skillfully made so that it looks like the balloon will actually float off of the page. Great card!
