Wildlife Stepping Out - Hippo
A series of 8x8 complete card kits
The kit includes the card front, card back and all decoupage pieces for the elements of the card front, including spare sentiment ribbons.
The main image is set in the center of a triple matte layered card. This is then surrounded by a simple frame.
The main animal is set so it is 'stepping out' of the main image. A sentiment ribbon is included for your own greeting.
The top right corner holds a large metallic leaved cluster from which cabochon drops hang. A smaller cluster sits in the diagonally opposite corner.
The card back has room for your own verse.

I printed on matte card printig the first page a second time, I wet glued the first picture to a matching base card with the sentiment, cut the center out of the second print and using foam squares added as the first layer of decopupage, I added the floral pictures then the first hippo then the front legs and head, head only and finished with the nose.
I used gold glitter on the framing and chains, added gems to the floral aspects and the scroll on the bottom then finished with Glossy Accent on the eyes.
