I printed this file onto good quality matte photographic paper. I matted the base image onto dull sliver card and then fixed to a black card blank. I cut out the frame and mounted onto the base image using foam strips.

I constructed the decoupage using silicone glue and lastly I matted the sentiment onto dull silver card and attached with foam pads.

This is a very dramatic card, the colours are beautiful and the turtles come out of the frame. No further embellishments were needed and it would be suitable for either a male or a female.
