This card can be made into a Birthday, Father's Day, Dads Birthday or Grandads Birthday. 5 page 7x7 card front, decoupage, blank insert, 2 text inserts, choice of 4 text panels and mixed tiles.

I printed the main design and insert on to a Glossy photo paper. I clipped the items out and glued the main and insert together creating a card. I attached the Decoupage and Sentiment on using Sticky pads.
