Such a lovely image! I printed the main topper onto thin card and cut it out. The decoupage layer was printed onto decoupage paper and all of the elements were cut out and layered using 3d foam pads.

I used pink card as a mat for the main image and attached it to the 8x8 white card. I then added glossy accents to the dog's nose and eyes and to the cat's eye, then pink stickles to the tiny flowers to give them a bit of bling.

The insert was opened in Photoshop and a greeting printed onto it before gluing it inside the card.

Finally, the greeting was backed with matching pink card and attached using 3D foam pads.
