3 decoupage layers sheets
choice of 2 inserts - one blank, the other reads 'Without you, I wouldn't be who I am today.'
You can use the card front base as is or add additional decoupage layers as you wish.

I printed the card sheets onto 200gsm card and cut out the elements before using DST to attach the base image to a scallop-edged card blank.
I then used glue gel to build up the upper layers and to add the tag.
Finally, I printed the insert (there are 2 in the kit - 1 with verse and 1 without) onto laid paper, trimmed it and fixed in place using a tape roller.
