This topper was printed onto white card and for the layering I used foam pads. I added some self adhesive stones for sparkle.
Printed onto glossy photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper, insert and decoupage and sentiment. Using an 8x8 scalloped card I secured the topper with double sided tape and did the same with the insert.
Added the decoupage with foam pads and then added an iridescent border and some gemstones on the border. Then personalised it for my friends new baby.
