I printed this file onto matte photographic paper, I printed the base image twice so that I could make a frame for the main image.

I matted the base image onto silver holographic card and mounted onto a white card blank.

I cut the frame out of the second base image and fixed with foam strips. I constructed the decoupage using silicone glue, I added glitter to the snowy areas and Glossy Accents to the bears noses, Lastly I added a toning bow to the side and attached the sentiment using foam pads.

This is a really lovely image that pops from the card, it is quick and east to make and has lovely winter colours.
