I printed the image on glossy photo paper and cut out all of the elements. I layered the elements using gel glue and added my sentiment. I then double matted the image on coordinating card stock using foam tape to give it more dimension.

Next I mounted it on my card, again using double sided foam tape. A simple design to welcome a new little one.
