Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added my chosen pieces using foam pads. I placed the Birthday Wishes sentiment at the top left of the card and the Time To Party at the bottom right. There is a matching insert which I placed inside to finish the card.
