Lovely bright cheerful card. I printed the insert and card background onto plain paper. I printed the Owls and decoupage onto gloss photo paper. This gave a nice contrast. I spray glued the insert to the center of the card.
I happened to have some purple polka dot ribbon so attached this with red tape. I added the owls and decoupage with sticky pads. I made a gift tag from the small print and pink cord.
