I printed all the front pages onto 220gsm card and the insert onto 80gsm paper. After cutting out all the elements, I glued the initial layer onto the base card and then used sticky pads to layer the decoupage elements.
I then finished it off by adding a few gems to add some sparkle. This is a very pretty card with an amazingly effective 3D image and lots of detail.
